Seattle-based SafeHarbor Technology Corp., which manages technical and customer support for American Airlines, T-Mobile USA, Washington Mutual and other companies, has raised an additional $5 million.
Existing investors OVP Venture Partners, Wheatley Partners and Covestco participated in the round. The 7-year-old company has raised a total of $45 million. It employs 180 people, with the bulk of the work force located in Elma.
SafeHarbor, which has experienced double-digit revenue gains, plans to use the money to increase sales and marketing.
