SafeHarbor delivers top-quality customer service to high-tech sector

SATSOP, Wash. (February 27, 2001) — SafeHarbor Technology Corporation (www.safeharbor.com), which provides Web-based customer support for companies worldwide, was recently selected by GeoTrust Inc. to provide customer service for the Portland, Ore.-based leader in the field of online trust.

GeoTrust (www.geotrust.com) creates corporate identities to reduce the risk of business-to-business transactions in e-marketplaces. GeoTrust also allows e-marketplaces to authenticate the identities of buyers and sellers around the globe.

GeoTrust joins a growing list of technology companies that use SafeHarbor's support solutions to provide top-notch customer service and reduce costs.

SafeHarbor created a customized support site for GeoTrust. It provides online answers to customers' questions about GeoTrust's services, which include True Credentials™, a complete summary of a company's business practices, credit worthiness and past performance. The SafeHarbor support site is integrated into GeoTrust's Web site.

SafeHarbor develops, hosts and continuously updates each client's Web self-help Knowledge Base, and SafeHarbor staff provide one-to-one support through e-mail, chat and the telephone.
