Seminar to be held Oct. 8 in San Jose

SATSOP, Wash. (September 6, 2002) — Timothy Hickernell, a self-service thought leader and the top META Group analyst on CRM / e-service, will be the keynote speaker at an upcoming seminar entitled, "Web Self-Service: Get the R.O.I. without the R.I.S.K." The seminar will be held Oct. 8, 2002, at the San Jose Museum of Art, from 8 a.m. to noon, and will include breakfast.
