and CEO Named to WSA Board of Directors
Seattle, Wash. January 26, 2005 The WSA (formerly the Washington Software Alliance), the state's oldest and largest technology trade association, named Annette Jacobs, President and CEO of SafeHarbor Technology Corporation, to its board of directors, SafeHarbor Technology announced today.
The 34-member board provides strategic direction for the WSA to ensure its continued sharing of industry expertise, delivery of key business services, and the advocacy of issues necessary to keep Washington a leader in the digital economy.

Jacobs brings more than 25 years of business savvy particularly in high-growth businesses, operational turnarounds and acquisitions to the WSA board. Since Jacobs' foray into the technology industry, when she joined SafeHarbor in early 2004, she has led SafeHarbor to achieve a 100 percent customer renewal rate, see double digit revenue growth, secure two Fortune 25 clients, and develop a forward-thinking strategy that addresses and remedies the unmet promises of the customer relationship management (CRM) industry.
