Receives Highest Momentum Rating Among Top 10 Key Players in Allen Bonde Group 2005 Self-Service Vendor Rankings

Seattle, Wash. May 17, 2005 — SafeHarbor Technology Corporation, a provider of customer interaction and business intelligence services, was named today as the Top 10 Key Player with the highest momentum rating in the self-service space by the Allen Bonde Group, Inc. (ABG) in its 2005 Self-Service Vendor Ranking and Scorecard findings.

ABG, a strategic advisory firm recognized as the leading authority on self-service applications and market trends, annually ranks the 20 top self-service software providers, evaluating them in four categories and nearly 20 dimensions, some of which include: technology, delivery and partners.

Earning a place within the Top 10 Key Players, SafeHarbor also received the top rating in the momentum category which measures a company's performance relative to its reputation. According to ABG this refers to, "...a vendor who is performing well but may be 'a hidden jewel,'" and is one to watch over the next 12 months.
