Riley's appointment brings over 20 years of senior level sales and channel partnership management expertise to SafeHarbor as it further secures its leadership position in the Web self-service and customer support analytics market.
Riley is a seasoned sales professional who most recently worked for Cisco Systems, Inc.. During his nine year tenure with Cisco, Riley held a variety of sales and business development positions, including Regional Manager for the top 20 accounts in the Puget Sound Region including Washington Mutual, Starbucks, Microsoft and Boeing. He also has an extensive background with growth companies, such as Pacific Edge Software, Inc., Packet Engines, Inc., and Ipsilon Networks, Inc. He will provide SafeHarbor with valuable guidance that will strengthen its sales positioning and success in both direct and channel relationships.
