Seattle, WA — February 8th, 2006 — SafeHarbor Technology Corporation, a provider of customer interaction and business intelligence services, today announced that Vizrea Corporation, a new service provider dedicated to simplifying the use and sharing of digital media, has selected SafeHarbor SmartSupport solutions to provide multi-channel support for its suite of digital media products and services.

SafeHarbor SmartSupport solutions are managed knowledge base and Web self-service environments that include features such as advanced search, browse by subject and FAQ. These environments help companies like Vizrea deliver superior customer support and cost savings through:
